Dear Curious about Coaching,
Fall is a time to start pulling in your energy, slow down, and shed what you no longer need. For my northern hemisphere humans: Let’s check in with your creature and see what would feel good while the days are getting darker and cooler. Southern hemisphere folks: How can you find balance (not burnout) in the warmth, activity, and growth of longer days and outward energy?

Training with author and sociologist, Martha Beck and her team of Master Coaches includes: A 9-mo training + 75 hours of practice coaching + exams + supervised sessions + mentorship. Not all coaching certs add an ethics component beyond the ICF ethics standards. This one does.
